Mitzi Lawlor of D’Alelio Management Company LLC; sponsor of Joyal Capital Management Foundation Inc., and her team of community volunteers were pleased to host their fourth annual $100 for 100 Interactive Giving Event for Children on November 23, 2014, at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Square One Mall in Saugus.
This special event is part of a series of nationwide charitable events that provides $100 gift cards for 100 local children in need.
The D’Alelio management team, a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, hosted this exciting event that allowed children to purchase $100 worth of items of their choice including sporting goods, toys and/or clothing at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The lucky child recipients are from communities in the North Shore area including Medford, Lawrence, Lynn, Saugus, Winthrop and Peabody. They were nominated by members of the community from local schools, YMCAs and Boys & Girls Clubs.
Sponsors and volunteers from the D’Alelio Management Company LLC and Joyal Capital Management Foundation, Inc. were on hand to accompany children during this interactive giving event.
“We are delighted that Mitzi and the D’Alelio Management team have taken the lead to sponsor this event,” stated Gary F. Joyal, founder of JCM Foundation and managing partner of Joyal Capital Management, LLC. “We look forward to helping families this holiday season and beyond. What makes this effort great is the cooperation we receive from Dick’s Sporting Goods and the willingness of our generous sponsors and volunteers to get personally involved. In light of the present economic times we hope people remember that the holidays are about the spirit of giving.”
“As a sign of our gratitude, we wanted to find a way to give back to our local communities that have supported us through the years,” stated Dunkin Donuts franchise owner Mitzi Lawlor. “In joining forces with Joyal Capital Management, Inc. and their $100 for 100 programs, we have found the perfect opportunity. With your support through nominations, we are excited about the continued success of this event! It was a very fulfilling day, seeing 100 children in need being able to spend $100 at Dick’s Sporting Goods. This is such a great way to begin the holiday season, what better way to feel good about helping a child in need.”
