Today she and her siblings Ralph and Gary own and operate 18 Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout the greater Boston area. Under her guidance the company grew from one location with 15 employees to 18 locations with over 300 employees. Michele received her MBA from Bentley University in 1998 and since has led many volunteer efforts throughout Greater Boston Area. She started The Helen D’Alelio Family Foundation, Inc. in honor of her mother and mentor who passed away in 2007.
